Yeah I heard something about 150 million users a couple of weeks ago.. that's just amazing. something like 2.5% of the world population is connected to this site.

And this is just the beginning… in 90 days they want to crack the 200.000.000. Huge number!
That explains the term social media very well… we have always had social networks like friends, family and such, but since they are all digital and thus instantly accessible they have turned in a medium.
